01When will my NeoRacer ship?
First batch units are expected to ship in June/July 2026. You will receive tracking information and shipping updates via email.
02What is the pre-order pricing?
The first 60 orders get the early bird price of $2,500. After that, the price increases to the standard $2,699. Lock in your price by ordering early.
03Can I order more than one?
Yes! You can order as many units as are available.
04Is there a refund policy?
Pre-orders are fully refundable up until the manufacturing begins. After that, standard return policies apply once you receive your unit.
05Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
06Do you plan on making more than 100 units this year?
We would love to! It ultimately depends on demand. As a nonprofit, we are focused on building slowly and prioritizing quality, making each kit as good as it can possibly be.
07Is a battery included?
No — due to international shipping regulations around lithium-ion batteries, the battery is not included in the kit. We recommend purchasing one separately in your home country.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before your unit ships. Email support@neobotics.org with your order number.

Kit purchases are not tax-deductible. Donations to Neobotics Foundation (EIN 33-4004770) through the donate page are tax-deductible under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. tax code.
