Orders ship as they come in. You will receive tracking information and shipping updates via email.
02Do I get a discount for ordering multiple kits?
Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically at checkout: 5% off 5+ kits, 7.5% off 10+, 10% off 15+, and 12.5% off 20+.
03Why did the price increase to $3,100?
Component prices in the general market have gone up. We raised our price to keep maintaining the NeoRacer and keep working towards our mission. We hope you understand.
04Is the NeoRacer M1 tax-deductible?
Kit purchases are not tax-deductible. Donations to Neobotics Foundation (EIN 33-4004770) through the donate page are tax-deductible under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. tax code.
05Is there a refund policy?

06Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
07Do you plan on making more units this year?
We would love to! It ultimately depends on demand. As a nonprofit, we are focused on building slowly and prioritizing quality, making each kit as good as it can possibly be.
08Is a battery included?
No — due to international shipping regulations around lithium-ion batteries, the battery is not included in the kit. We recommend purchasing one separately in your home country.
